“20多年来，中国金融业高管职位较为稳定，但近年来出现高管密集变动，确实少见。”11月5日，恒丰银行研究院执行院长、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院客座研究员董希淼表示，在目前改革创新的情况下，金融业高管扎堆离职，属于正常现象。
